Cheese & Wine Bar

Home to 101 of the world's best cheeses selected by the resort's Maître de Fromage, this intimate bar plays host to informal wine and cheese tastings as well as regular fondue and tapas evenings. Admire the black volcanic sand imported from New Zealand on the floor, which gives a stylish counterpoint to the white sand floors throughout the rest of the resort. No reservations are required (except for fondue and tapas events) and guests are welcomed, whether for a cheese platter for dinner or simply a glass of wine, before or after dinner.
