Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) is one of two seaplane operators in the Maldives. Home to the World’s largest fleet of seaplanes, TMA operates from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport in Male’, the main international airport.
With a fleet of 45 twin otter series seaplanes with a capacity of 15, including 3 Viking DHC-6’s, TMA provides flights to over 60 destinations in a substantial area of Maldives, and carries over 900.000 passengers per year, and is one of the most convenient modes of travel to a islands and resorts.
