Asian Economy Countries (AEC) Culinary Challenge 2015, held at the Bangkok, has awarded the coveted ‘Gold Medal’ to the culinary team from Holiday Inn Kandooma Maldives.
Executive Chef Vincent Tan, Chef Nguyen Truong Luat and Chef Truong Vinh Co teamed up to represent the island resort in a challenge themed ‘Inspire and Create ASEAN Cuisines of Tomorrow’ and received the prestigious Gold Medal, winning over participants from 8 other countries such as Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore.
